internet connections as well as advanced internet connectivity

as well as 24 hour hotline and email support. Our client base
is
throughout the North American continent. Through the use of WEDI
standardized Connectivity Guides and direct negotiations with
regional
provider networks, we are capable of providing trading partner
support for provders nationwide.
Are you currently able to process multiple HIPAA-complaint
transactions?
Yes. Currently we can handle all WEDI X12N 4010 Transaction Code
Sets. We will soon be testing the extended 4050 Code Sets as well.
What is your submitted claims rejection rate?
Internal loop testing has returned rejection rates below 17%
following each clients integration process.
How does a typical doctor's office submit a claim or other
transaction?

clearinghouses to streamline this process.

How do you share claims with other clearinghouses?
We do not “share” claims with any other covered entity
unless they are part of the trading partner chain. If they are
the
provider clearinghouse, we will transmit claims remittance or requested
eligibility and claims status transactions to their provider via
that clearinghouse.
How do you handle Medicare crossover?
We do not, at this time address that as part of the clearinghouse
operation

What options for receiving data do you offer? (Dial up,

What resources do you offer for implementation of your
services? (Test files, test transmissions, test responses, etc.)
We have a complete set of transaction test files and loop testing
procedures for client utilization. Additionally, we will provide
ClarEDI tools as part of the contracted services for clients
that
require additional level of testing.
What is the average time to implement your services?
Depending on customization level as well as size and complexity
the implementation process can take anywhere from several weeks
to several months. (depending on hours of custom programming
needed
to meet specific needs.) Typical implementations take 6-12 weeks.
What file formats do you support? (HIPAA, NSF, etc.)
We support the WEDI 4010 X12N HIPAA compliant formats (amendment
1).
Please briefly explain how you implement security of our
data?
Data is stored in a secure database comprised of redundant fail
safe authentication mechanisms. Connectivity is protected via
multiple,
redundant firewalls. Physical safeguards for our state-of-the-art
data center exceeds Security Final Rule requirements and are
in
line with NIST standards.
